Group of operations 1:Support for creation and commercialization of innovations by start-ups enterprises

The operation presents scheme of grant for implementation of new technologies and products, positions of the companies on the market, marketing of new technologies, products and services. It will be financed expenses for consultancies, investments and educations.

Group of operations 2: Support for increase of the share of R&D personnel in small and medium  enterprises trough investments and concultances.

2.1. Scheme for gratuitous support for projects for research and development activities. It will be financed projects for industry research and market feasibility study for new products and processes, implementation of new technologies for new production and management.
2.2. Scheme for gratuitous support for projects for implementation of innovative products, process and technologies, in a result of self developments. It will be financed projects for presentation of the necessary equipment for implementation in exploitation of innovative researches, marketing of the innovations and others.
2.3. Support for protection of intellectual ownership in the common European market. It will be financed consultancies for preparing a patent records for international registration for patents, registration for trade marks of the Community, registration of trade marks on Madrid agreement and the Protocol towards it and others.

Group of operations 3: Improvement of the pro-innovative infrastructure as support for the business through investment and studies.

3.1. Creation and support of innovative business incubators, technological centers and other similar “innovation mediators”, offers complex support for innovative enterprises.

3.2. Support of R&D organizations for gainning of research equipment.

3.3. Aiming at achievement of synergetic effect of the activities of the individual actors of the

innovation system, a set of related operations would be implemented, e.g. support for creation of a “national innovation network”, encompassing innovative enterprises and innovation support organizations, as the financed activities will include for example elaboration of Internet portal sites, data bases, organisation of trainings, provision of services to the members of the network, provision of high–speed broadband infrastructure to link all participants in the network, etc. Beneficiaries could be except R&D organizations and universities, also SME(small and medium enterprises)
