Six New Measures Referring to Municipalities’ Subsidies Were Promulgated on 1.09.2003.

6 new measures under the SAPARD programme were published on 1.09.2003. The new measures encourage:
1. Setting up of producer groups;
2. Wholesale markets;
3. Forestry, afforestation of agricultural area, investment of forest holdings, processing and marketing of forestry products;
4. Renovation and development of villages, protection and conservation of the rural heritage and cultural traditions.;
5. Development and improvement of the rural infrastructure;
6. Improvement of vocational training
